Tool Description:
A variation on the large frame blade plunging cutter is a pipe punch that will punch a hole in a pipe wall without producing chips or shavings. The hole may be used for inspection or operations such as sampling, grouting, or foaming. The pipe punch is mounted on the pipe and is held in place with an adjustable strap/chain and the properly sized die is pushed through the pipe wall by the hydraulic piston.
